Approved return requests will be issued only in the form of account credit. Please see below for full details regarding our return policy.

All return claims must be made within 7 days of product receipt. Customers are responsible for inspecting all received items within this 7-day period. All returned items must be new and unused.

Returns must include the entire original dozen of sunglasses in the original packaging. Individual glasses within the dozen must remain in their original bagging. Minor defects may not be credited and are subject to California Sunglasses’ discretion upon inspection.

ACCOUNT FAQ

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you can create an account here.

Are there any additional requirements for California-based customers?

Yes. California-based businesses must submit a California Resale Certificate and a copy of their California Seller’s Permit before we can sell to them. Submission options for these documents are provided during account creation.

ORDERS/PRODUCT FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is $300. This usually equals an order size of 8-12 dozens.

Can I choose my own color assortments?

No. All styles are shipped in pre-assorted color dozens.

How do you build your color assortments?

Assortments can include anywhere from 1-12 colors. On average, there will be 4-5 colors per assortment. We bias most of the dozen towards the most popular colors, and add a small amount of variety colors for visual interest.

Does California Sunglasses accommodate Special Orders/Private Labeling?

Yes. Please contact us directly with any Special Order requests, including Private Label or custom needs.

Can I order individual pairs of sunglasses?

No, we operate strictly on a B2B wholesale basis and sell only by the dozen.

Do your products come with tags and UV/Polarized labels?

Yes. All boxes include hang tags and UV/polarized labels. They are not pre-attached, so you may choose to use them, or discard them and use your own.

Are your sunglasses UV400 compliant?

Yes. All of our sunglasses are UV400 compliant, providing 100% protection against both UVA and UVB rays. This applies across all styles and lens types

How do your SKU naming conventions work?

Rather than mixing different lens types within a single assortment, we separate each lens type into its own dedicated assortment. Smoke lenses (SD) are grouped with smoke, color mirrored lenses (RV) with color mirrored, and so on. Some styles are offered in a single lens variation, while others are available in multiple lens variations.

Occasionally, a style may also be offered with frame variations in addition to lens variations. These may include options such as camo frames, gold frames, or rubberized finishes, among many others. When applicable, frame variations are denoted alongside the lens variation within the SKU suffix for clear identification.
